Directions... again [updated!] PDF Print E-mail
Written by Tim Brown

I'm seeing the emails flying around on a few different teams lists, and Dave Roberts is claiming that he'll send directions on soon for everyone which we will publish also. So in case its helpful at all I thought I'd republish this interactive Google map that people can use to help guide their way to the new pitch.

UPDATE!

From the horses mouth... er I mean Dave Roberts:

The best way to get to Shi Jir / Xishi is to take the overland train from Taipei main station or Songshan station.

The trains leave from platform 4A and 4B. Take a silver-coloured (local) train to be sure you're on a stopping train.

Xizhi is the fourth station from Taipei Main, third from Songshan. It takes about 20-25 mins from Taipei Main, 10 from Songshan. Take the back exit out of Xizhi station. The pitch is right behind the station and you can see it on the right as the train comes in.

Trains leave every 15-20 mins on average.

Hopefully we'll have more details for you later... but in the mean time my bet is that each team's got at least one guy who won't make it to the pitch after getting lost. The Red Lions don't have James or Russell anymore but someone's bound to not show up on the day, and not just for the Lions. Place your votes for the idiots on your team in our latest poll on the side menu.
